Hey farm friends. This is the beginning of our long awaited Policies / FAQs page.
We will be adding questions and answers throughout the next couple weeks but for now here are the the main points about sign-up you should be aware of:
1 . Payment
We accept payments online through our secure webstore via credit card. We also accept check and cash payments. All forms of payment are accepted at full season and incremental levels.
2 . Refunds
If for any reason you do not receive your order or are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly send a replacement or a full refund, whichever suits your needs.
3 . Cancellation
Of course any subscriber is welcome to cut short their deliveries at any point for any reason. Please contact us directly or use the cancellation option in the account section of our farmstore.

If you ever have any issue with you deliveries, bags, quality, service or any other issue please just let us know and we will work it out, hassle free. If you ever feel like you would like a refund or a replacement, need answers to any question or just want to chat about food or farming, just shoot us an email, a text or set up a phone call and we will gladly work with you on just about anything. Our driving policy is to make people happy with healthy delicious food. More to come! :)
