Another true example of a local specialty, and always liked, this Jam is made with fresh Llouisiana strawberries and preserved using traditional canning techniques. This stuff is good enough to eat straight out of the jar, but goes great on biscuits, toast. and peanut butter sandwiches.  As with all Grammy’s Jams there are no additives, fillers or preservatives and a bit less sugar than most strawberry jams.
