Hey good people! Just wanted to post a quick reminder that we have decided on a date for our official visit the farm day! It's going to be next Saturday, November 16th. We figured it could kick off around lunch time and go through the day till about dark. Feel free to bring the whole crew and drop by at any time during the day. Your farmers will all be out here to show you around but you are also welcome just to roam the old place at a quiet country pace. We are also planning on having a hay ride at some point for the little ones, probably around 3 o'clock or whenever there are the most kiddios out here. Other attractions include the vegetable field, the herd of poled Hereford beef cattle, the dairy barn, the nature preserve and the greenhouse. Food and beverages will be provided. So if you're free next Saturday the 16th feel free to join us on the farm for a day of full of rustic relaxation. The address is 21168 Hwy 40, Loranger LA. Use the driveways on either side of the white Berry Hill Blueberries sign. See you then!
P.S. we realized we couldn't do the December 7th date because we have a prior commitment. Berry Hill Farm will be in Baton Rouge at the very exciting Neighborhood Art and Business Festival. We should be at 305 S Carrolton Ave from around 9 in the morning to 4 in the evening with plenty of other Louisiana artists and businesses.
